We do not monitor your cloud compute instance but we do monitoring the all of the servers and networking equipment that are required to provide you reliable service. We can monitor and alert you with issues on individual services for an additional fee if needed.
No system backup is not included with our self-managed plans. System backup can be added for an additional fee or you can look at one managed plans which included a weekly system backup.
